Due to the nature of digital products, we can not offer refunds for any of our digital product downloads. All sales are final.
Film Unit Study [FUS] Print (Convention Only) Products
All of our Film Unit Study Print (Convention Only) products include a digital copy. Due to the nature of digital products, we can only offer a partial refund of our Film Unit Study Print (Convention Only) products.
If you purchase a Film Unit Study Print (Convention Only) product and you are not able to receive your print copy from the Kids Learning for Life convention booth (no physical products will be shipped), you can receive a partial refund that equals the difference of the Film Unit Study Print (Convention Only) product and the digital Film Unit Study product of the same movie title.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
